Positive: friendly staff. room is spacious. walking distance to hawker center and several restaurants.

Negative: horrible soundproof! the hawker center playing EDM/ Disco music till almost 11pm while the restaurants nearby were playing some sort of chinese/ cantonese songs until almost midnight and we can hear the doorbell clear & loud! then at around 5 or 6am, we also can hear clearly noises from the vehicles and people talking. We can even hear showering & toilet flushing sound from nearby rooms. No build in toilet.

Summary: can't sleep well the whole night even we are extremely tired

Negative: The air conditioner in the room is a bit old. The bed and pillow are a bit hard.

Positive: Fantastic location! Lots of amazing restaurants close by! We especially loved the Vegetarian restaurant a few minutes walk away. The guesthouse was super clean and comfortable. Check inn was very easy :)
